What we collect
- Account data: your dealership’s name and contact details; users’ names, emails and roles. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
- Content: media, playlists, schedules, template text and data-feed rows you add.
- Device data: for each player: status, temperature, storage, software version, IP address, what played and when (proof of play), and screenshots you request.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids and plan status, never card numbers.
- Security logs: sign-in times, IP addresses and an audit log of changes in your account.
How we use it
To run the Service: show your content on your screens, report on them, bill you, secure the platform and support you. We do not sell personal information and do not use your content to advertise to anyone.
Isolation
Each dealership’s data is separated at the database level, so one customer’s users cannot read another’s data.

- Our AI model provider, only for the AI Signage Studio: your brief, dealership profile and location details are sent to create suggestions
- Your configured email provider, for invitations and alerts
Retention
Content is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Proof-of-play records are kept for analytics while your account is active. Sessions expire after 14 days.
Your choices
Account owners can export proof-of-play data, remove users and delete content at any time. To access, correct or delete personal information, contact us.
